Adjusting brightness

How do I adjust brightness/contrast on my Acer Aspire All-In-One AZ3620?

I am running under Windows 7 64 bit.

On the left side of the system are three buttons:

Auto-adjust

Brightness Up

Brightness Down

These are above the upper USB port on the left side.
