unplug the power cord, open the case, take off the battery from the mainboard (it's on the top of the motherboard), wait 5 minutes and put back the battery, plug the cable and try to power on.
if it doesn't boot, unplug ram sticks, DVD and HDD, try again to boot to BIOS pressing F2.
