Are you sure it is the card?
Was it working ok before you switched internet providers? You may try resetting your router or adjusting your network settings.
Most of the Predator systems that contain wireless use a combo card that handles the wired and wireless connection.
If you feel like you have a hardware problem, you may try contacting Acer technical support in your region to inquire about warranty service options.
