Dear Team,
This is Umer, hope you all doing well here i am gonna explain you the issue i am facing right now. Black screen it is on start up no acer logo also its a wrong bios update it was my mistake i updated the wrong bios, it gives a long beep at start up and nothing at all after it. Now i need the solution for that if you require my SNID i shall provide you, the thing is my unit is under warranty but i am not anymore living in USA and purchased it from USA i decided to pay the service center here in UAE whatever it bills me but this morning i recieved a call from the service center that they "can't" flash the bios. This answer is not acceptable i want your team to contact them and explain how to resolve this issue i mean when my product is alive and working fine, but just because they "can't" flash the bios does not mean i need to buy a new motherboard.
I need an immediate response on this.

Sorry for the problems you are having getting your system repaired. Unfortunately, if the repair center you contacted can not flash be BIOS, the only option I can recommend, would be to send the system for repair in the United States. Acer US can repair the system, but would only be able to return the product to an address in the US or Canada.
Other than that option, my only recommendation would be to try a third party repair center, to see if they could fix the system.

First of all, Thankyou for the reply. I wonder if UAE is a thrid world country ?
Any way i want to confirm if my motherboard is still alive ?
If yes i have few of my expert friends in this field they have asked me to get a default bios files to flash them. if you could provide me with that. My SNID is ************

Unfortunately, there is not a way for me to determine if the motherboard has a problem, without testing the board at our repair depot. From the description of your problem, there is a possibility that the MB has failed.
Unfortunately, all released BIOS files are posted at http://www.acer.com, click support, the Drivers and Manuals, so I don't have any other files that I can send.
