Hello everybody,

I just bought a new computer last week and everything is working great except the webcam!  It is detected in the ''Device Manager'' and it looks like it is there but everytime I go on skype or crystal eye, it dosnt detect the webcam...I dont understand and I've read several treads but I cant find the same thing as me...is it a button that I have to press or something?Sorry I'm a bit of a newbie in computers so if you have explenations, I need lots of details...

Also the thing is I discovered this, when I go on skype or crystal eye, the little green light turns on and off at a rate of 60/sec! I look at the status of it and it appears and disappears...It can stay a bit longer if I press on the camera itself...

I have the same problem with my webcam. This is appears yesterday. I bought this laptop in januarry.

If you're having problems with your web cams not working - plus a reinstall of Windows doesn't fix it, contact Acer support for your region and arrange a repair.
