Ever since purchasing this computer last November my mouse hasn't worked properly. The curser disappears for a second then reappears, it is difficult to get the curser onto a precise spot on the screen, it sort of jumps around the screen. It's difficult to explain.
I have tried both the mouse which came with the computer and another wireless mouse and both of them are glitchy. Tried new batteries. I am running Windows 8.1. I am thinking it possibly has something to do with the touch screen?
It is getting really annoying, does anyone have any suggestions?

Some thing to try:
Make sure the laze eye on the bottom of the mouse is unobstructed. Also, make sure you are using the mouse on a flat solid surface, and it is not glass top. If that is not the issue, there may be some software or drivers that are conflicting, or it could just be the mouse or receiver is not working properly.
You can try to refresh Windows 8 to see if that fixes the problem. If it does not, I would recommend contacting technical support in your region.
