I put in a video card from bestbuy to hook up to my TV

Then i notice my internet LAN port just stopped working i've tried reformating the entire pc restarting the drivers ect

nothing works any idea's what to try?

This thing fell out the computer says Speedcom Model HPI56M3 im not sure if that needs to be in the pc but i can't even put it back inside one side just hangs out

When it no longer works and unknown things start falling out of it, it is time for professional help. Or forget it and buy a new computer.

Well it is a Fax/Modem that "Fell out".

I would try sticking it back into an expansion slot and plugging your ethernet cable back into it.
