AIO 4+ touch points running ANdroid?

I was wondering if any of your line of AiOs run Android but have more than 2 touch points? I know the Aspire Z3-105 has 10 touch points but is a Win8 machine. WOuld it be possible to use it with Android and have all 10 touch points work?

I wonder how sensitive the screens are compared to a capacitive screen usually found on tablet devices? Can anyone comment on this?
