Sons game system won't boot up, just hangs.  Tried hitting delete on startup but didn't see a safe mode.  Any ideas?  System didn't come with DVD's to reload or boot from and now I'm stuck.

Call Acer technical support and order recovery disks. If that doesn't fix your problem, you would need to send it to them for repair.
