R 11 CB5-132T WIRELESS PRINTING ISSUES

new r 11 cb5-132t..works great but cannot get chrome to add a wireless hp printer... i had no problems adding the same printer to my old acer c720... the wireless printer is recognized on the wireless network ..but not in the google cloud print settings..any advise?

i have tried a full powerwash, turned off printer... turned off computer..nothing works.. only pdf is the choice on the cloud... printer is an hp officejet pro 8610...works wireless on my iphone,toshiba laptop and previous c720 , spoke to tech support and they offered no help... this should be a quick fix. or is an issue with the chromebook itself??
