Lights C738T-C44Z

I just received 200 of these new Acer ChromebookR 11 devices.  I am very confused about what the lights mean on the front.  When you connect to power one is orange and the other flashes orange.  When it is finished charging one flashes orange and one is blue.  You disconncet the charger and there is a blue light that stays on.  The blue light will turn off but then it turns on again for no reason.  They all do the same thing.  When you shut the units down and wait for the lights to turn off, close the lid, the blue light turns back on.  Does stacking them have something to do with it?  The batteries are going dead over night but the units are turned off as far as I can tell.  There is nothing about how these operate in the manual other than the way the older units we have (C720P) function.  The older C720P units we have do not do what the new units do.

It is not recommended to stack the units directly on top of one another as the LID Magnet may inadvertently turn on the unit stacked above it. Below is the information we have on the indicator lights.

The system has two easy-to-read status indicators.
