How do I get OpenGL ES development drivers/libs (Chromebook 311 CB5-311/Chrouton/Ubuntu)?

According to spec, the CB5-311 has a NVIDIA Tegra Logan K1 quad-core Cortex-A15, which should perform well, but currently this seems to be under-utilized.

NVIDEA says they do not release drivers for HW they do not manufacture.

You (Acer) do manufacture the CB5-311, so I will ask here: how do I get drivers I can develop with under Ubuntu Linux (Chrouton chroot under ChromeOS)?  E.g. MESA libs?  Framebuffer support under X11?

I would like to accelerate a Smalltalk development environment.  I can use X11 or direct to FrameBuffer.

Thanks much,
