Hi All,
First, here is the model Chromebook I am using:
Acer Chrombebook R13 CB5-312T-K40U
My main issue is my headset(s) have choppy audio output in the headset when plugged into my current Docking Station, which is plugged into the Chromebook. However, when I plug my headset(s) directly into the Chromebook, the audio output into the headset is very clear. No issues with Mic Input when plugged into either device. I have been on the Chromebook Help Forum, and the Contributer has deduced that my Docking Station could be incompatible.
The Docking Station Model I have:
Kensington SD3500v USB 3.0 Universal Docking Station
The Headset Models I have been using:
Logitech Wireless Headset H600
Razer Kraken USB Headset
The Contributer recommended an Acer Docking Station that should be compatible. He linked to an Acer USB Type-C Dock. Can anyone ascertain before I make a purchase, that my headsets will work on this Docking Station, when the Docking Station is plugged into the Chromebook? Just an FYI, this Chromebook only has 1 USB port, so I need the Docking Station to plug other peripherals.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
