Can not get Skype to work properly on a CB3-431

Hello, when i make a testcall to Skype i hear my voice back, works as it should.. but when i call a real person they do not hear me.
It works perfect on my PC with the exact same setup and headset, I have also tried with just the speakers and mic on Chromebook but that does not work either, any suggestions anyone??
