Acer Chromebook R11 N3160 touchscreen issue

Hi guys, I just bought a refurbished laptop from Rakuten.com shipped by AcerRecertified store last week. I noticed that once in a while that the touchscreen will randomly input touches. The only way to make it stop is to open and close the lid. Does anyone have this issue? I took a video of this problem happening.

Before anyone would ask: I have possession of the laptop for only 2 days, I reset via powerwashed it twice, I wiped the screen clean of debris and dust.
