I have an Acer Chromebase DC221HQ.  Its a touch screen Chromebase - purchased from Amazon.

Its running:

Version 55.0.2883.105
Platform 8872.76.0 (Official Build) stable-channel nyan_kitty
Firmware Google_Nyan_Kitty.5771.61.18

I have the On-Screen Keyboard disabled in Accessibility and I've attached a Logitech USB Dongle so I can use a Logitech mouse and Keyboard.  The Logitech mouse and Keyboard work fine.  The problem is that whenever I click into a text box, search bar, etc, the On-Screen keyboard pops up - As if I touched the textbox with my finger. If I plug in a wired Mouse the on-screen keyboard will pop up as well.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?  Its becoming quite an annoyance as it covers a large portion of the screen and it is difficult to click to minimize as the next click in a text box brings it right back!  Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks!
