Not all refurbished products are warrantied directly through Acer. I would recommend you look in the documentation that came with the system to see if there is information for obtaining warranty support.

I also purchased a refurbished Acer. My paperwork says to call 1-877-***-**** for telephone support and ***@****.com for e mail support. Hope this helps, my refurbished Acer did not come with a charger, and Groupon / Liquidity Services, Inc. did nothing for me. Good Luck. Also, see if you can register your refurbished Acer using the serial number, no promises but this may help.
