All of the buttons on the keyboard will light up but the screen won't turn on no matter what. It's been like this for 3 days now and I'm not sure what's wrong with it.

Try repeatedly pressing the button that looks like a large sun (it is above the 9 key on the computer). This will attempt to brighten the screen. You may have to push the button 5 to 10 times to brighten the screen enough to see. If this does not resolve your issue, you may need to contact technical support in your area, to inquire about having your product serviced.
