New to chrome, partially hidden pop-up?!

I have an acer c720 chromebook with the chrome os updated today. I'm trying to setup chromecasting after installing the extension.

I click on the button to add a chromecast device and a pop-up appears in the upper-left corner of my chrome browser window but I can only see the right side of the box (window, dialog, message)?!

If this were a windows os I would want to drag this box to the middle of the screen so I can see it all but I have no idea how to do that in chrome.

Can someone help or point me to how I do this???
