I am trying to pre-order the Chromebook 13CB5-311-T9B0 but haven't been able to find it any where on line. I just found out that that model is a "bestbuy.com" exclusive but I cannot find it on their website. And nobody at their store knows anything about it. Can anyone help me with this? TYIA

I saw some chromebooks available for preorder on http://store.acer.com. Not sure if that model was one. Have you tried calling a best buy store and asking them?

Of course I called the store (mentioned it in my post) and I knew more about it than anyone at the store did. I guess they don't update their employees with new information, especially when it is EXCLUSIVE to them. Or maybe the employees don't read the memos.Thanks anyway.
