I purchased a C710 from Groupon. It now says that the OS is damaged. I tried re-installing the OS, but it will not let me saying there is an error. I tried contacting Groupon about the warranty, but Groupon directed me to ACER. I tried getting support, but ACER says my Chromebook is no longer under warranty. My Groupon paperwork states I have a 90 day warranty with ACER. I am still within the time. I just want to talk to someone. Please help!

I also purchased a Groupon Acer C710. My paperwork says to call 1-877-330-6820 for telephone support and warrantysupport@liquidation.com for e mail support. Hope this helps, my Acer C710 did not come with a charger, and Groupon / Liquidity Services, Inc. did nothing for me. Good Luck. Also, see if you can register your Acer C710 using the serial number, no promises but this may help.
