I have a chromebook Q1vzC or Q1v2c (I can't read the letters very well) C710-2847

Battery is fully charged and plugged in.

Screen doesn't show cracking. I checked all cables internal\external

When it starts, the power button lights up blue and the fan kicks off but the display doesn't show anything.

After a few seconds, it shuts off. No beeps, nothing on display. When I close the screen and and reopen, it tries to boot, failing again.

I've already tried using diff mem sticks. What can I do?? Smiley Sad

Did you try holding the power button down for 15, 20 seconds with battery and power removed?

How are you sure the battery is fully charged if the unit won't start. Have you tested the output of the power supply with a multimeter? Anyone you know have a C710 you could try their battery and charger? Call around to local computer shops and ask if they have them. If you find and try them and nothing works, you probably have a hardware problem.
