Can I reload Chrome?

I can no longer find my Downloads folder. I may have renamed it or deleted it beause I'm very new to this. But I thought maybe I can just start over with the OS. I have an Acer 720 Chromebook.

Did you try performing a powerwash? Backup anything important to a usb thumb drive first.
