Chromebook

Works great on my other computers.  But when I plug it in to the Chromebook, it says device not recognized.  Please help.

Unfortunately, none of the portable hard drives from WD My Passport series support Chrome operating system as of now. Thus, you are getting the error that the device is not recognized.
