I have an Acer Aspire TC 120 that came with Windows 8.1. I upgraded recently to Windows 10. Everything is working fine but when I tried to create a recovery drive and I put in a flash drive with 16 gigs it gets stuck on the page where it says put in a flash drive with 16 gigs or more. I have tried different USB ports. I have tried different flash drives some 32 gig, some 64 gig. The flash drives are recognized by the computer and I can put files on them and use the remove media command when I take them out. I have tried reformatting the flash drives in all formats offered. I have run sfc and no bad files were found. Any ideas?
