hi i have an es15 a day old, password not valid even though i used it at least 3 times after set up

hi ya i have a es15 a day old ...after a basic set up i set the password as the old laptop to make it simple , i logged in and out at least 3 times went to log in again and the password is not valid ?????? same hint showing on screan , and asking for a key usb to reset it , looked online but don,t want to be screwed for money and a virus and am not the most techy person ? please advise as 24 hours after buying laptop i want to axe it

Hi,

Can you check whether Caps lock or Num lock are switched on by accident, post your model number, like ES1-531 or something like that.

Hi my daughter can't remember her password to get onto her acer laptop is there anyway to boot it into safe mode to change the password? Any advice would be appreciated
