XC-605 windows 10 and dual output

Hi

We have just purchased an XC-605 and after initial power up it upgraded to windows 10, no problems there, we went about setting up the machine and going through updates etc, we want to be able to run dual screen from this machine, currently VGA output works but nothing on HDMI, we need the dual display but cannot get anything from hdmi output, we have tried to detect monitors and it doesnt find anyting, we plug the cables into an old machine and it works straight away so we know the cables are output monitors are working so is it possible to run on both VGA and hdmi to give dual output or do we need a card upgrade and if so which do people with similar problems recommend?

When you look in device manager, what Display Adapter driver are you using?

Edit: I'm currently using the intel graphics driver that Windows update gave me, but Acer has a graphics driver on their website too.

I've experimented with the three different graphics drivers. After I'm finished testing, I go to device manager and uninstall/delete it and then try a different one. Usually Windows Update will install a good intel graphics driver.....so I just use that for now.
