    brianeddie,

Could you provide us with the model that you are having issue with so we can try to help narrow down solutions for your issue?

    brianeddie,

I would download the VGA driver from our support site, remove the installed drivers, and install the drivers that you downloaded to see if that resolves it.

Can you break this down for those of us who aren't too familiar with this? Which drivers am I uninstalling...Also, that folder I downloaded is loaded with a bunch of folders and things I don't know anything about. Is there a tutorial somewhere? I tried to muscle through the black outs, but I'm pretty fed up with them now. Had this ACER for a couple years now.

    Hi,

Download the driver from the link, save it in the desktop, go to device manager, right click your Display adapter, select Properties, click Driver tab and uninstall it, do not reboot.

Go to your desktop, right click the zip file you downloaded, select Extract all, once finished, open the extracted

folder, scroll down to "Setup.exe" and right click it, select "Run as admin". HTH.Untitled.jpgCapture1.JPG
