V3-771g motherboard upgrade to V3-772G

I have the V3-771g with i5-3210m and Nvidia 630m. I read on notebookcheck... here

So in theory if I want to upgrade my notebook I just need to buy a new motherboard (if cpu works). the case, screen etc will fit like a glove?! I have the hdd, the ram hopefully the processor but if not I'll sell & upgrade that to a compatible i7 sooooo...

All I'd like to know is if the 3210m processor I have will work on the mb and am I right?

I'm 99.99% sure that the official Acer reps on here will say No No No... noooo Noooon onno nnnoooo. not possible... As they will get fired as the boss wants them to sell new laptops (Which I am currently looking at for CAD applications btw but seeing this as a possible stopgap with external gpu)... however any community members know if I can do this?

If I can there is a very nice upgrade to the mmb11.001 with Nvidia GT 850M...

Any thoughts appreciated?
