The SNID Number provided at the rear of the laptop is not working while registering the product

Greetings,

 

While trying to register my new laptop with the SNID number provided at the rear and with the box is not working for registering. I am getting error message that the serial number is wrong. I even tried with the Acer Identity Card and System information tool as well it is retrieving the same SNID number which am entering but no use what should the possible option to register my new laptop

    Did you attempt to try and register using the serial number instead of the SNID? If you are unable to get it to process, you can always contact the Acer technical support nearest you and register with them.
