    • Right after I bought my laptop 4 months ago, the magnify feature of the mouse pad stopped working.

    Now, it appears that the mouse pad is becoming insensitive to touching and I have to left click to make selections. Any ideas?

      Would you please provide some information in regards to the system you are having a problem with?

       

      In the meantime, here is a troubleshooting idea, try and reset the defaults for the touchpad in the mouse settings (Control Panel -> Mouse).
