Monitor flicks while scroll down

Hi, Recently i installed a new HDD and installed windows again. Now when scroll the pages down the monitor flicks in the center, it's like a blury line in the middle not to wide.

Any insigth on howw to fix this or what cause it.

Not sure why installing a hard drive would cause the flicker but we suggest you try the monitor on another computer and see if the same thing happens there. If so, then we recommend the monitor be serviced. If the monitor is under warranty please contact Acer support from the contact info at:
