Missing acer support files

Hi, I had a doubt that my system was hacked and had to reset the windows. I had no backup or reset point. Now the windows has been perfectly reset but I dont find any of the acer files or acer apps in my system. I want to know how can I install it and what are the necessary ones. Guidance please.

Hello,
You have to restore your system from the recovery partition [Alt]+[F10] or with the Acer recovery media (DVD or UFD).

We reset the system from Alt+F10 only. I dont have any DVD for recovery.

Actually my system was not starting then. So I clicked Alt+F10. There was only one option, like Windows 10 restore (am sorry i dont remember it exactly). But am sure there was no option lik acer reset.
And the system was originally windows 8 and upgraded to windows 10, soon as it was bought.

If I correctly understood, your laptop works actually under Windows 10.
When you upgrade from Windows 8 to 10, you lose all the Acer apps. You'll find some softwares on your Acer website like Acer Care Center but that's all.
