I need help my Aspire Nitro does not show up on my product page even though it is registered
I own the Aspire R-13 and teh Aspire V15 Nitro Black Edition but only the R-13 shows up under my product page even though it states it is already registered. Any help in getting it to show up would be appreciated. I called Tech support and they were no help, I used Chat and they were no help and the second time I used Chat after waiting 20 minutes to Que up it kicked me out saying no one was available to chat.

You can try clearing your browser cache.Otherwise this will need to be handled by whomever is in charge of Acer's websites.
If the computer is still in warranty, you can go here and ask them to have someone update the site.
