How to stop my Aspire x1430 waking & sleeping by itself randomly...

Hi all,

About a month ago I restored my Aspire x1430 to Windows 7 from the restore partition then used the free Windows 10 upgrade when it became available.

I use a Logitech USB mouse & keyboard which while on Windows 7 allowed me to press the sleep button on the keyboard when I'd finished using it & the same again to wake it up when I was ready to use it again.

Since the upgrade the computer will randomly wake from sleep then send itself back to sleep again which I'm watching TV & its quite annoying.

Any help fixing this will be much appreciated!

P.S.  I checked the Event Viewer & found a lot of errors relating to:

'Kernel-Power, Event 137, The system firmware has changed the processor's memory type range registers (MTRRs) across a sleep state transition (S4).  This can result in reduced resume performance.'

Does anybody know what this means?  Is it related?
