Hi i need to upgrade my Bios version from the Linux version to Windows. Because:

1. While Booting and having HDMI and VGA cable connected it hangs up. I need to remove hdmi(monitor nr. 2) and boot. After this i get the windows loading and everything.

2. I am only using Windows with my own key. I dont need an embedded Windows key in Bios.

Can i upgrade my bios to the latest version. Because i have seen that they have included some fixes for my graphics card also. My Intel one.

My PC Aspire XC-605

Bios currently : P11.A3L

Bios version needed: P11.B4

Would it work if i just boot into Freedos and start the BIOS update to just overwrite without checking if everything works.(Like it does and aborts now)
