Aspire XC-603G-UW30 - Restore system while "keeping all the files" has deleted all the files.

I did the system restore option that was supposed to leave all my files untouched and yet all my documents are now gone.

 

Is there a place on the disc it moved them?

 

How can they be restored?

  check if system booted to a temporary profile, instead of yours main.
