Aspire E 15 running slow

hi everyone,

these are the specifications of my laptop:

-AMD Quad-Core processor A6-6310 (up to 2.4 Ghz)

- AMD Radeon R4 Graphics

- 2 GB DDR3 L memory

my laptop running slow when i click on the folder/icon/browser. Sometime it takes a few seconds to appear start window. it getting worse when it is connects to the internet.sometimes, it is hang when i'm using Word microsooft office. i've installed a few softwares which are Matlab, Netbeans and Inventor. I dont want to uninstall all these software because i might use it in the future. is this problem related to the processor? Does AMD is not suitable to be used as processor for some software?

The best thing you could do for this laptop is put a SSD in it and upgrade the memory.

thank you. i already download the software. a few threats were found in my system and i already delete the threats. but nothing changes . it still running slow for sometimes. Smiley Frustrated
