Apsire 7741Z update to Windows 10 & unable to print

I updated to windows 10 and am unable to print to any of the printers in the office. I have updated the HP and Toshiba print drivers but still nothing.

Any solutions?

    Can you check whether your network connection is public or private?  If it's public, you can change it to private...which will automatically enable network discovery.  So go to "network and sharing center" and see if it's public.  If public, click on homegroup.  You don't need to create a homegroup, but it will give you an opportunity to change to private.

     

    Or you can skip all that and try the troubleshooter.  Smiley Wink

    When you said office printer(s) (plural)....I'm assuming you have your printers on a network.

    Thanks but that didn't solve my problem. It has something to do with the printer queue and spooler. A lot of people are having this problem and so far no solution.

    Ok. Other than checking printer manufacturers website for printer driver update.  I don't know how to fix. Maybe someone else will see your post and have a solution.
