Am i able to recover windows 7 from my wiped harddisk that no longer has windows 7 or recovery media

Hello! I was wondering if Anyone Knows if i cn fix my problem. I bought a Aspire 5253 Laptop like Five Years ago (I don't know how long ago) and I had left it alone for a while because after, time, it was a piece of junk and i forgot the password. Well I found it in my cubboard here and i wiped my harddrive and put linux on it so i could use it again, just for fun.

Now I would like to know if it is possible to put windows 7 back on it. I have a product Key but Microsoft doesnt let me download an iso file and burn it to disk from their website because it was preinstalled on the device and i should contact the manufacturer for how to recover. I dont really know what i'm doing and any help is appreciated.
