What model did you upgrade? Not all models were qualified for the upgrade to Windows 10, so we can't guarantee driver support for models that weren't qualified. Did you check on http://support.acer.com, to see if updating those drivers will fix it?

Aspire E11.  I don't feel (though obviously I'm wrong!) that I should have had to check if the model is ok for win 10 - microsoft, having bombarded me for months with update demands, should have known what was what.  Anyway, having used a usb mouse I somehow managed to find the mouse pad  and updated the driver.  I can't remember how I found it !!

Glad you were able to get the driver updated. Make sure you have all Windows updates installed, as they can often fix driver issues.
