Acer Aspire XC-603 won't start

Hi, I'm new to the forum and have a weird problem. When I try to switch on my 6 month old, desk top computer (Windows 8.1) there is absolutely nothing. When I try an hour or two later it starts up but I've noticed the clock time is wrong, it seems to display the time when I first tried to start the computer.
Any ideas?

can be a dead CMOS battery or some Power supply issue.
since your desktop is still under warranty, i would contact the official Acer support service.
