I have already tried a few days but I couldn't successfully install ubuntu on my acer aspire tc-780A...

After finishing install ubuntu, it asked me to reboot the system but there is no grub launcher when I reboot.

I have tried to install it on a surface before and successed. I don't know what's wrong this time.

When I go to my bios setting, the only boot option is windows boot manager.  The secure boot is turned off.

I searched online to find some similar problems. One topic mentioned to go to security and choose "select an uefi file as trusted for executing" but there is no such option in my bios setting..

Can someone help me? Many thanks!!

    Hi

Set a supervisor password like 'aspire' to the BIOS, why?  Who knows.

There may be a facility option to add a secure boot key.

    MokManager and shim.efi may help
