Acer Aspire S7-393 which has 8Gb of Memory and 256GB SSD and windows 8.1

Few days ago I have purchased Acer Aspire S7-393 which has 8Gb of Memory and 256GB SSD and windows 8.1. Single language 64-Bit. 15 days after I bought, was playing a video file using Acer video player, suddenly system hangs up and freezes permanently, after waiting for few minutes I close the note books display and next day I could not start the system. I went to Acer service centre, they have kept the Note book for 7 days and given me back after rebuilding system. I checked the system and found Two Hard Drives[Disk 0( Basic 119.24GB,online) and Disk 1(Basic 119.24GB,online )] in place of one SSD of 256GB having three partitions[C,D&E]. I called them to know how it happened and what the explanation is. Service centre still cannot answer.
Anyone got any Idea ?

It sounds like they put two partitions on the system rather than three. Have you check the device manager and BIOS to make sure it is still a SSD installed and not a hard drive?
