i'm not sure i understand correctly but.....
with your desktop PC, click this link:
login with your google account (the same you use on your tablet) and you were able to search applications using your browser and also installing to the tablet.
Search for the applicaiton you need, choose the best for you, click on Install and follow instructions, it will be very simple and if your tablet is connected via Wi-Fi, you will find the application installed on your tablet in a minute.
