hello, am from Ghana and my bro sent me a brand new acer iconia a1-713hd tablet from singapore.. i unboxed it today and inserted my country network sim in it but it does not detect the network.. all i get is no sim, insert sim, something of that sort.. i have tried different network sim, but i still get the same message. i want to know if the tablet is locked to a certain network outside my country or what the problem could be. thanks.
