Hello I have an A1-810 and it keeps telling me I can't sign in why????

have you double checked the password and username?

the wifi connection works?

Password and username I have double checked WiFi connection works and this happens when I'm checking my email more so when they come in thank you

Ok, lets try this.

system settings/applications/ select ALL/ tap on Gmail

tap on clear data and if available clear cache

then start Gmail, log-in with your credential if requested and look if issue is fixed when you re-check Gmail.

The other Google services work without requesting login?
