[Help] Acer Liquid S55

Dear

Here are my mobile phone problems:

1. When I tap a shared link on facebook, it cannot go to the link, although the browser has opened it, but only blank page, then back to facebook page again without continuing visiting the link.
2. I cannot access the Gmail contains (inbox, sent, draft, outbox, ect), and this happens also to other mail App.

3. Some Apps I have dowloaded cannot be opened such as Calender, English Dictionary-Offline, and ect.

4. For social media, only BBM cannot be accessed, the others are OK.

I have erased data many times from the internal data (using Factory data reset) and external data, with hope that my phone can be normal, but it solely misbehaves.

My mobile phone is Acer Liquid Jade S55

I need to reinstall the phone, or is there any solution?
