how to remove dvd disc that slipped off tray and is now stuck inside Acer all in one. Tray opens

I inserted a dvd disc and it slipped off the tray after closing it.  Now it is stuck inside the unit.

Disc tray does open with no problem.  I have an Acer PIH61M all in one.

Any help will be much appreciated.

  are you sure about the model number?

   

  i can't find any reference.

  Model # is correct.  However, I managed to get disc out.  I opened tray and turned computer on it's side

  shook it a little and disc came out.  Computer is working perfect too.
