    • Upgrading my CPU - Acer All In One AIO A7600U

    Hi, everyone!

     

    Pardon the post if this has been answered before. I searched and was unable to find any specific information pertaining to my system. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place, but I've found limited information about upgrading AIO components, and even more limited information on those who have successfully upgraded their AIOs.

     

    I have an Acer All In One A7600U, and I'm looking to upgrade its processor, an i7-3630QM @ 2.40 GHz. This machine is a little over two years old, and while it was above average during its time, it's not holding up so well now.

    1. Can I upgrade my CPU?

    2. Which is compatible?

      CPU is removable but there is no mention on upgrades or compatibility list...so you can only try and hope it will work.
